Womens Circles grew out of a desire to provide more satisfying, intimate and meaningful ceremonies to mark the milestones in women’s lives, such as getting married, having babies and birthdays and celebrating these moments with our loved ones.

“My friends were giving me very clear feedback that they weren’t satisfied with the traditional baby showers and hens nights, and even wanted something different from the usual birthday celebrations. This feedback - coupled with my passionate belief in the importance of women taking time out from their busy lives to connect more deeply with themselves and their friends - led to the creation of Womens Circles.” Mim Bartlett

A busy wife and mother of three boys, Mim’s Womens Circles allow women the opportunity to take time out to celebrate and appreciate both themselves and each other in loving and sacred ways.

“My work has taken me down many different paths, but my Womens Circles feel the most powerful and rewarding of all the work that I've done. The lack of rituals and sacred celebrations in western society leaves many people feeling isolated and empty. Womens Circles bring us back to the very basics. It is inspiring to see the love, peace and joy that women bring forth when sitting in sacred space as well as the sense of community and the feeling of connection to each other.” Mim Bartlett
